J Baazi Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

Welcome to J Baazi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and J Baazi governing your use of the platform. By accessing the J Baazi website or mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read this document carefully before registering.

• An active mobile number or email address is required.
• Each individual may register only one account.

KYC Verification

J Baazi follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure platform security. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or after reaching a certain transaction threshold. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if the required documents are not submitted.

You are solely responsible for the security of your J Baazi account. You will be held accountable for all activity that occurs on your account — whether authorized or not — unless you have promptly notified J Baazi.

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious login attempts or unusual account activity, contact support immediately.
• Avoid accessing your J Baazi account over public Wi-Fi.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account is not permitted.
• Accounts may not be sold or transferred to another person.

J Baazi will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or by email. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

All deposits and withdrawals on J Baazi are governed by the limits in the table below. J Baazi accepts only verified mobile banking methods.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Payments sent from a third party's number will not be accepted and may be returned.
• An incorrect reference or memo may cause delays in processing your deposit.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, J Baazi reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the rollover requirement must be completed first.

The following terms and conditions apply to all bets placed on J Baazi. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Acceptance Rules

• J Baazi will send a confirmation once your bet is accepted — if no confirmation is received, the bet will not be considered placed.
• Bets may be voided due to odds changes, in which case your stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, J Baazi reserves the right to void it.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, your bet will remain pending and will be settled according to the record on our servers.

If a Match is Cancelled or Suspended

• If an event is cancelled, all stakes will be refunded.
• Results will stand if 50% or more of the scheduled match time has been completed.
• For delays due to venue changes or weather conditions, J Baazi reserves the right to make decisions at its own discretion.

Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits vary by event and market and will be displayed when placing a bet on the platform. J Baazi reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits under specific circumstances.

J Baazi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All offers are governed by J Baazi's Terms & Conditions, and each bonus carries its own specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• To withdraw your bonus balance, you must wager 10x the total amount (deposit + bonus).
• Rollover must be completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.

• Account Sharing: Sharing an account with another person is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Betting on fixed matches or using information related to match-fixing is a serious offence.
• Insider Information: Placing bets based on insider or confidential information is strictly prohibited.

Violating any of these rules may result in J Baazi suspending or terminating your account without notice and forfeiting any associated winnings.
